The seeds come from the plants we grow in our field.
Everything we grow is grown organically without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. The soil is enriched with the manure from our horses, chickens and geese.
The seeds come from non-hibridized plants and have kept their ability to produce seeds that will in turn yield a crop.
