This blend is very effective, powerful without being harsh. It helps the breath flow and clears the sinuses, and brings a sense of renewed energy. It's a good choice for adding to a face cradle for long massages to prevent the client feeling stuffy while lying face-down, and I put a little around the edges of my face mask while giving treatments. It's also excellent for steam inhalations.
