Free the Spirit is a combination of some of the most mysteriously transcendental fragrances, carefully blended to maximise their potential to instil a sense of utter peace. This is ‘the peace that passeth all understanding' ~ the feeling that comes when we go beyond our rational mind.

  • Use 1% of the blend in a massage oil (7 drops to a 30 ml bottle of massage oil or cream)
  • Add 5 to 6 drops to a bath
  • 10 drops in a burner

What I love about this blend is that the Frankincense and Bergamot set the crown and soul soaring, the spikenard and myrrh keep some grounding to Earth. Lavender perfectly balances. This blend is wonderful in any chakra and healing work.
