This blend is not just for children! I love it. It has a gentle and pleasing enough aroma to use in full body massage. I bring it out when clients have been fighting off colds/flu for some time. It's powerful too - it really helps create shifts in their health. I also give myself a tummy/chest rub with it if I feel I'm fighting something off. Works a treat overnight.

I've order this synergy several times and it's now a firm favourite in my house, especially during autumn and winter. I use it in a diffuser when my children are ill or if we have people coming over with coughs and colds. The fragrance is not overwhelming at all.

As I write this, I have my burner beside me with this synergy blend. I have been ill with a virus, and already this is making me feel better, and breathing easier. The smell is lovely. I have read up on the properties of the different oils, and this is a fine product even for adults!!
