Coriander see, citronella, lemongrass, may chang, peppermint & spearmint.
A fresh, spicy, up-lifting aroma to be enjoyed as much for itself as to keep our unwanted little friends away
Directions for use:
The blend is to be used primarily as a room fragrance, a vaporiser or in the ward robe to prevent mosquitoes, moths ....
It is not advisable to use on the skin as an insect repellent. The normal 1% recommended dilution rate would not be strong enough to repell insects. The percentage of essential oil would have to be a lot higher to have any effect. This would cause skin irritation.
The best is to put a few drops on a tissue to be carried close to the body as long as the oil is not in contact with the skin. Renew the application as aroma wears off.
OTher oils also effective as insect repellent apart from the well-know and predictable citronella and lemongrass are geranium and kunzea (Australian tick bush)
