I had been having real trouble letting go of things in my head at night, despite trying otherwise. The result was only 3-4 hours sleep per night, over a sustained period. Then I bought Peaceful Night and used it in a burner beside my bed. The beautiful fragrance made me feel calm, but after about 10mins of reading, I felt my eyes drooping - I fell asleep easily and slept through, for the first time in a long time. Thankyou Materia Aromatica for helping me with your lovely and therapeutic products! I am definitely buying the 12ml next time, as I will run out soon!
